In L.A. Noire,
Cole Phelps' partners are a fascinating bunch of characters: from the
laconic proclamations of Rusty Galloway in Homicide to Arson's Herschel
Biggs, an aging loner waiting out the last years of his career. Then of
course there's the smooth-talking pragmatist, Roy Earle - completely
comfortable in his element, working Vice's domain at the intersection of sex, drugs and organized crime. In honor of this week's release of the brand new Vice desk DLC case "Reefer Madness", the latest entry in the L.A. Noire Original Artwork Series is Phelps' Vice desk partner detective Roy Earle, seen here enjoying a stiff drink in the smoky environs of the Blue Room jazz club.
